1991
Integrity is Founded
Integrity Development & Construction was founded by Peter Jessop in 1991 with a commitment to thoughtful craftsmanship and community-focused building.
1994
Pioneer Valley Co-Housing Community Completed

Integrity made its first major mark in the Pioneer Valley with the completion of 32 homes in Amherst as part of the Pioneer Valley Co-Housing community — one of the first communities of its kind in the eastern United States.

Supporting the Next Generation of Tradespeople

In 2022, Integrity partnered with Smith Vocational to bring carpentry co-op students abroad for educational opportunities.

Integrity also completed its first Unity Home in partnership with Bensonwood, continuing the company’s commitment to sustainable, high-performance construction
