Integrity Development & Construction brings over 35 years of building experience to Western Massachusetts. Our core approach remains consistent: we start by listening, move into collaborative planning, and focus on thorough preparation before construction begins.
We’re a woman-owned, design-build firm led by Heidi Flanders and Anna Cook. Our integrated approach keeps design, construction, and project management aligned from day one—reducing risk, streamlining decisions, and maintaining accountability. From early planning through final walkthroughs, the same core team leads the project start to finish.
We build throughout the Pioneer Valley and surrounding communities, working on both new construction and buildings that have been part of the landscape for decades. Our knowledge of local conditions, seasonal challenges, and a wide range of construction techniques helps us plan efficiently and keep projects on track.
Our Story
When Heidi and Anna officially purchased the company in 2012, they were stepping into a business they already knew well. Both had spent years working on job sites, coordinating projects, and building relationships with clients and trade partners. They understood the crew, the pace of the work, and the responsibility that comes with working in someone’s home or place of business.
Rather than reinventing the company, they focused on strengthening what was already there: steady project management, clear communication, and a practical design-build process that keeps decisions organized. Over time, Integrity’s scope expanded to include custom homes, additions, renovations, commercial projects, and community-focused work—all guided by the same hands-on approach.
Today, the company remains locally owned and operated, with deep ties to the region and a long view toward the work it takes on.
Our Team & How We Work
Integrity’s team is composed of talented designers, project managers, skilled carpenters and painters who work closely together throughout each project.
We handle a wide range of work, from reconfiguring kitchens and bathrooms to planning additions, restoring older homes, and constructing new homes and businesses from the ground up. The scope may vary, but our approach remains the same. Every project is guided by the same attention to detail, seamless coordination, and respect for the people who will live or work in the space.
