Project Detail
Our firm was engaged by this client to construct a second-story dormer addition, designed to increase the home’s bedroom count. Within this new addition, we integrated clerestory windows to enhance natural lighting and installed a modern bathroom featuring a soaking tub and a standalone shower. Furthermore, we performed comprehensive renovations on the kitchen and the existing first-floor bathroom to provide a more contemporary aesthetic.
