The Carpenter will perform skilled carpentry tasks including both rough and finish carpentry. They will provide carpentry skills in a group & individual setting, respond to clients’ requests, coordinate with Project Management and sub-contractors, and regularly inspect their own completed work to ensure it conforms to the project specifications and quality.
Pay & Compensation: DOE (depends on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship, and polite communication
- Attend all company meetings as outlined by management
- Provide transportation of materials to job sites as needed
- Follow building plans and specifications to meet client’s needs and current building codes
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. Minimum
- Comfortable using ladders and scaffolding
- Demonstrated ability to operate hand, air, and power tools
- Inform the Project Manager of the progress of the project, including any customer concerns, problems, delays, etc.
- Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the company’s time, manpower, and materials on each project
- Maintain an operational personal inventory of necessary tools, safety equipment, and vehicle to perform the specific activities assigned by management
- Seek additional responsibility and guidance from company management employees as needed to enhance existing skills, learn new skills, and create potential for advancement within the company
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- CORI check
- Tools and transportation
- Proven experience in remodeling and new construction
- Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a group
Preferred Skills & Licenses:
- CSL license (perform continuing-ed to maintain license, if applicable)
- Hoisting License
- Lead RRP Certificate
- OSHA 10 or 30
