Following their purchase of this residence, the clients commissioned our team to enhance its energy efficiency through window replacements and to modernize the kitchen and bathrooms to better align with their vision. By reconfiguring the kitchen layout, we created a more open and inviting space that flows seamlessly into the rest of the home. The bathroom design features a modern installation of large-format gray tiles, which were complemented with a vessel sink and a custom countertop crafted with a live edge. For the second-floor bath, our designers strategically positioned the clients’ selected mosaic tile within the shower to serve as a striking focal point when viewed from the floating vanity and round mirror.
