Screen Porch Addition & Kitchen Renovation | Amherst, MA

We were initially engaged by this client to construct a screened-in porch at the rear of their residence, designed to provide a seamless connection between the living room and the pool area. Given the site’s constraints and the pool’s proximity, our team focused on maximizing the porch’s width to optimize the available space. Several years later, the homeowners returned to us for a kitchen renovation aimed at brightening the interior. To achieve this, we installed new windows and applied a fresh white finish to the ceiling. During the selection of finishes, we collaborated closely with the client to identify aesthetic options that would harmonize with the existing terracotta floor tiles they wished to preserve.
