We were engaged by a client to design and oversee the renovation of a new facility for their optometry practice. The project requirements included the integration of a specialized laser eye surgery suite alongside a dedicated retail space. To ensure full compliance with all necessary medical and building codes, our team maintained close coordination with the client’s preferred subcontractor throughout the development of the surgery suite.
