Custom Bensonwood Home | Gill, MA

A returning client engaged our firm to construct a new, energy-efficient residence designed for aging in place. Partnering with Bensonwood, we built this highly insulated, single-story home featuring a distinctive mono-pitch roof. The project included a two-car garage with an integrated rear storage facility, as well as a mudroom connector that houses the laundry room and an outdoor shower. To ensure long-term accessibility, the primary bathroom was designed with a zero-threshold shower. Interior highlights include wood-finished cathedral ceilings and a screened-in porch located directly off the dining area.
