A client engaged our firm to serve as the general contractor for a new residence designed by their son. Situated within a fresh subdivision atop a mountain, the site offered spectacular vistas. Our team efficiently prepared the land and commenced construction, installing expansive windows to fully embrace the surrounding views. A standout architectural detail of this home is found in the laundry room, where a custom glass wall serves as a modern railing for the staircase leading to the lower level.
