Garage, Mudroom & Porch Addition | South Hadley, MA

Our firm was commissioned to design and construct a garage and mudroom addition for this brick residence. The project requirements included a garage with capacity for at least two vehicles and supplemental living space on the upper level. To address the significant grade disparity between the existing driveway and the home’s first floor, we developed a design that utilized the new mudroom as a functional transition between the two elevations.
